PSDM is a system to monitor and analyze the operation status of electric power system. When the power system is under unstable system condition, it collects and evaluates the system condition data to assist system operators in taking corrective actions. And also collects on a real time basis, system parameters such as voltage, current, phase angle, real and reactive power, and frequency, and records them for remote data retrieval when abnormal system conditions are detected. The very powerful features of PSDM-1632 is the ability to perform fault prediction, fault detection and to enable optimal system operation plan to improve system stability. When used in conjunction with a PC based work station, all recorded events can be remotely retrieved, automatically analyzed and reports created
